Cancellation policy

It is in everyone's interest to have fair and equitable cancellations to eliminate potential rental losses (profitability) policies.

• You have 2 weeks before the scheduled date of arrival to cancel or modify your stay at no charge.
• For a cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice , but more than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, we charge half of your booking
• For cancellations less than 48 hours or in the absence of cancellation, we charge all of your booking.
